At Rollin Leather, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not fully satisfied with your product, our refund and return policy is designed to be simple and straightforward.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear or alteration will not be accepted.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Time Frame for Returns

  • Period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a full refund or exchange.  If 14 days have passed since the delivery date, we regret to inform you that we cannot process a refund or exchange for you. However, if the product has arrived damaged to you due to shipping, then we require you to take a picture(s) of the item(s) pointing out the problem(s) and email us at info@rollinleather.com within 24 hours of its arrival to receive a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  1. Before Initiating a Return: Please record a video and/or take pictures of the package and product.
  2. Send an email to info@rollinleather.com with the subject line “RETURN REQUEST: ORDER NUMBER xx” (replace xx with your order number).
  3. Attach the recorded video and/or pictures of the package and product(s) to the email.
  4. Mention the reason for returning the product(s)
  5. Confirm that the product(s) are unused and in their brand new condition.
  6. Our team will review your request and provide you with further instructions
  7. To Ship, pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all paperwork, parts, and accessories. 

Refund Process

  • Method: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
  • Time Frame: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Responsibility: Always make sure that your package is provided with a tracking code. Lost returns will not be refunded if there is no proof of shipment with a tracking code. Returns sent by post without a tracking code are at your own risk. As the customer, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless the return is due to a defective item, item is damaged upon arrival or an error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Exchanges

  • Process: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at info@rollinleather.com to discuss the available options. Exchanges follow the same process as returns and are subject to product availability.
  • Please Note:
    Although we attempt to represent online colors as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that the colors shown on your monitor will match the actual garment. Variations of light and reflections on the original photograph as well as differences in computer monitors and printers may make color tones appear slightly different than the actual fabric.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized Items: Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
